mail.roud.cz
A private e-mail client and archive for our family and friends.
Many of us have several mailboxes – a Gmail account, a work address, an old address from a local provider. mail.roud.cz brings them together in one place and keeps a safe copy of everything, so that nothing is lost when a provider deletes old mail, a mailbox fills up or an account is closed.
What it does
- One inbox for several accounts – Gmail (connected with Google sign-in), Outlook.com (Microsoft sign-in) and any mailbox that supports IMAP.
- A permanent archive – messages are copied to our own server and stay there even if they are deleted from the original mailbox.
- Fast search across all your mail at once.
- Safe reading – HTML e-mails are cleaned before display and remote images (trackers) are blocked until you allow them.
- Sorting and clean-up – promotional mail is kept out of the inbox by our own rules, old notifications are removed automatically.
- Sending from any of your addresses, with replies and forwarding.
Who can use it
Only invited members of our family and our friends. There is no public registration and no payment; accounts are created by the administrator. Your mail is used only to show it to you – never for advertising, never sold or shared. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
