mail.roud.cz is a private e-mail client and archive run for the administrator's family and friends. By using it you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

Only people invited by the administrator. Accounts are created by the administrator; there is no public sign-up. Access can be removed at any time.

Your mailboxes

Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorised to access. You remain responsible for the content of your mail and for complying with the terms of your e-mail providers (e.g. Google).

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to send spam, break the law, attack other systems, or try to access other users' data.

No warranty

The service is provided free of charge, as is, without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It is an archive copy, not a replacement for your mail provider; keep your own backups of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, the administrator is not liable for any loss of data or other damage arising from its use.

Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. The administrator may suspend or shut down the service at any time.
